I am hoping to provide some insight to the workings
of the Ford EEC-V engine management computer.  This will always be
a "works in progress".  This page has no connection whatsoever to
Ford Motor Company, Motorola Semiconductors, or INTEL semiconductor.

EEC-V as used in a 1997 Ford Explorer 4.0L V6
Computer code for this particular computer is LEZ2
Directly below chip "10" is the service port.
At the top is the Harness connector (52 pin)
